Question by Rebel: How fast can you lose weight without it being unhealthy? This winter break, I am planning on making a strong effort to lose weight. For all who are wondering, the break will be 6 weeks long. Here is what I am planning to do: -Eat a very reasonable diet. -Take protein supplements. -Drink lots of water. -Ride my bike for an hour or two a day. -Go to the gym Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, and do some anaerobic exercise to build lean muscle.
